I’m watching Madonna 
performing her latest single (the one that’s rather more than reliant on a sample of Gimme Gimme Gimme (A man after midnight)
and it occurs to me: Kylie spent years trying to rival her. Madonna now seems to want to be as good as Kylie.
Madge, if you’re reading this (hey, it’s a small internet and you might just find this), I’ve never been a fan but you really are capable of better than this. I mean, for a start, what’s that dress about? Didn’t Sarah Brightman lose her heart to a starship trooper dressed more stylishly than that?
