“Oh. You’re early!”

Currys have finally delivered the cooker we ordered some time ago. They were supposed to ring us last night to let us know when the delivery would be made.

They didn’t.

We rang them this morning and were told that the delivery would be between 2.15 and 6.15 pm today. Much to our surprise, the cooker arrived at 1.50.

Perhaps less surprisingly Currys forgot to organise the installation for which we have paid £74.95.

Truly, this is one of the most incompetent businesses I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
