I have just received a phone call from Preston MP Mark Hendrick‘s Parliamentary Assistant in response to the fax I ended up sending through WriteToThem.com on Saturday. Ms. Warhurst, for such is her name, stated that they were unable to find an email from me and asked for a copy to be forwarded to her.

Maybe Mr. Hendrick is not as incompetent as I had thought.
